Our Vision
We are a Patient’s Medical Home (PMH) aligned practice and work every day to incorporate the PMH vision into our patient care. We work closely with all members of our patients’ care team, from specialists to social workers, and ensure that our patients continue to receive the best possible care.

Dr. Tabani has over 30 years of experience with accredited training and certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Child Health, Hospital Medicine and Psychiatry including rTMS and ADHD. He received the prestigious World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA) Award in June 1998.

Dr. Mariam Farooqi brings with her extensive experience in Family Medicine, acquired through her clinical practice.
She holds advanced academic and professional qualifications in comprehensive primary care within family practice with a special interest in hematology, women's health and aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Farooqi is registered with The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and practices in accordance with the standards set by the CPSA and the principles of modern family medicine.
She focuses on providing continuous and comprehensive primary medical care for individuals and families across all ages and stages of life.
Her care includes preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, management of ongoing health conditions and serving as the central point of patient care.
From newborns to seniors, Dr. Farooqi serves patients of all ages.
Dr. Farooqi is currently practicing Family Medicine at Parsons Park Medical Clinic and her areas of professional interest include women’s health, adolescent medicine, pediatric care, and adult health.
She is fluent in English and also offers consultations in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Dr. Adetoro Adeniyi is a dedicated family physician who completed his family medicine residency in the United Kingdom. He provides comprehensive primary care with special interests in musculoskeletal health, minor surgery, men’s health, mental health, and child health. Dr. Adeniyi is committed to patient-centred, evidence-based care and strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment for every patient. He speaks English and Yoruba and is pleased to welcome new patients to the clinic.

Binal specializes in hypertension and diabetes management, offering expert guidance and support.
